Developing leadership capability is a process. Topics such as leading yourself in complexity and leading in international and dynamic work environments require time for reflection, application and personal growth.

That is why my Leadership Journeys combine interactive live online sessions with practical application and reflection phases between modules. New insights are immediately applied in day-to-day work, experiences are reflected upon, and individual learning is gradually translated into sustainable behavioural change. The result is development that extends beyond individual training moments and becomes embedded in everyday leadership practice.

A Leadership Journey typically consists of four live online modules of 3.5 hours each. Between the modules, reflection and transfer assignments help participants apply new insights directly in their professional context and evaluate their experiences. The learning process is further enriched through peer exchange and collaborative learning. To create an engaging and supportive learning environment, group size is typically limited to a maximum of ten participants.

The content is tailored to the target audience and can be designed for experienced leaders, emerging leaders and high-potential talent.
