Internationality has always been my guiding thread. As the daughter of a German father and an Italian mother, I grew up with two cultural identities.

After completing my international studies in business administration and languages, I moved into corporate communications at an international IT service provider within the ThyssenKrupp Group – where I gained several years of leadership experience in a dynamic, global environment.

Six years abroad – in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom – broadened my perspective on intercultural dynamics. During this time, I studied Organizational Psychology and completed a postgraduate program in Human Resources Management at the University of London. My interest increasingly shifted toward the psychological foundations of change competence. I later deepened this expertise through my training as a Systemic Coach & Change Manager at the INeKO Institute at the University of Cologne.

For more than 15 years, I have been supporting specialists and leaders from various industries in their personal growth. My experiences in different countries and professional fields have shown me how powerfully cultural sensitivity and a willingness to change work together. That’s why I am dedicated to helping people and organizations around the world respond to complex work environments in a positive, resilient, and proactive way.

In my free time, I volunteer with ZONTA that advocates girls and women, locally and globally.
