About me
Internationality and change have shaped both my professional and personal journey for many years. As the daughter of a German father and an Italian mother, I learned early on that people perceive, interpret and shape the world in different ways.
My international education, professional career and several years living abroad have further broadened this perspective. Whether in my leadership role at a global IT services company, during my time in the Netherlands and the United Kingdom, or through working with people from a wide range of countries and organisations, I have repeatedly seen how crucial it is to navigate change, complexity and diverse perspectives in order to foster effective international collaboration and successful leadership.
For more than 15 years, I have supported people in international work environments in not only managing complex challenges and change, but actively shaping them.
My Expertise for your Success
International experience, leadership practice and a strong academic foundation form the basis of my work. They enable me to combine evidence-based insights with the real-world challenges of global and dynamic work environments.
